Role Mission:
Lead the development and continuous improvement of our HR Tech SaaS product suite, ensuring that we meet the evolving needs of our customers while driving business growth. Your goal is to define product strategy, enhance user experience, and deliver features that increase adoption and retention by 20% within the first 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and implement a compelling product roadmap aligned with company goals, customer feedback, and market demands. Ensure consistent delivery of features that differentiate us from competitors.

Customer-Centric Product Development
Partner with customer success, sales, and marketing teams to deeply understand the needs of our enterprise customers and translate these insights into product features and improvements.

Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions on time and within budget. Lead weekly sprint meetings and manage product backlog priorities.

Market Analysis & Innovation
Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the HR Tech space. Use this knowledge to develop innovative product features that set our platform apart.

Performance Metrics & Iteration
Define and track key product performance metrics such as user engagement, feature adoption, NPS, and churn. Leverage data to make informed decisions, iterate quickly, and drive continuous improvement.

Go-to-Market Collaboration
Work closely with marketing and sales to create impactful go-to-market strategies, ensuring that new features are successfully launched and communicated effectively to current and prospective customers.

Success Metrics:

  • Achieve a 20% increase in user adoption of key product features.
  • Lead the release of 3 major features that directly address customer needs and market gaps.
  • Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher for new product launches.
  • Contribute to a 10% reduction in churn by improving the overall product experience.
  • Successfully implement product enhancements that lead to a 15% improvement in NPS.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2 to 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or HR Tech.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact product features that drive user adoption and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing end-to-end product development.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform product decisions.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and workflows is a strong plus.
